So special seeing this 😍 students used the humming So special seeing this 😍 students used the hummingbird directed drawing from my resource and brought it to life in their own way.

Teaching Indigenous content can feel like a lot. Teaching Indigenous content can feel like a lot.

Especially when you care about getting it right.

The truth is, you don't need to be an expert to start.

You just need to start in a way that is thoughtful and grounded in respect - and June is a perfect opportunity to do so!

That's what I try to support teachers with.

If you're wanting gentle ideas and resources for incorporating Indigenous perspectives into your classroom, comment "JUNE" and I'll send you the link to my teacher freebie + email support.

No pressure. Just something helpful for where you're at now ☀️
