Discover the Medicine Wheel, an important symbol in many Indigenous cultures that teaches balance and well-being. In this meaningful goal-setting activity and social-emotional learning (SEL) activity, students will explore the four parts of the Medicine Wheel while reflecting on their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Students will create their own Medicine Wheel craft and set personal goals that support holistic wellness.
