After my kids go to bed, I sit down with an idea and slowly bring it to life.

This one turned into a seasons resource, easy to print and use during any season of the year in your classroom.

It's not always quick (even if it looks like it here) but this part of the process is my favourite.

Earth Day, but make it meaningful ✨🌎

Not just a one day lesson, not just a craft to send home...but a chance for students to reflect, create and connect with the land in a deeper way.

This Earth Day writing craft weaves together student voice and Indigenous art, giving kids space to think about their relationship with the Earth, while creating something beautiful.

We went to the bug zoo in Victoria recently and my 4 year old, who has been scared of bugs for as long as I can remember, held one! No pressure, no forcing it...just watching from a distance and slowly building up the courage on her own time.

It was such a good reminder that learning (and growth) doesn't happen when we push it. It happens when kids feel safe, curious and ready 🪲🦋 happy Friday!
